Camsing Global, LLC completes transaction to acquire assets of Corvest Acquisition

Largo, FL (March 1, 2011) – As follow up to previous communication released in January 2011 regarding Camsing Global, LLC's intention to acquire the assets of top-20 supplier, Corvest Acquisition, Camsing Global, LLC is pleased to announce it has completed the transaction with Corvest Acquisition's senior secured lender and will take possession of the assets within the next 10-15 days. Terms of the deal were not released.

Also announced in January of 2011 was Camsing Global, LLC's acquisition of Senator Promotional Group USA in a stock transaction. "Since the acquisition of the Senator Brands back in January, we have seen some exciting growth in both brands versus last year and expect the momentum to continue
throughout 2011."
